Website and Reservation System
Temporarily Suspended

The websites and reservation systems of Rigaku BODY and Luluto have been temporarily suspended to prioritize the safety of our customers' information and our systems.

A serious security vulnerability has been discovered in PHP, a programming language used by many websites around the world, and response efforts are underway globally.

At this time, no unauthorized access to our systems or leakage of information has been confirmed. This is a precautionary measure to avoid any potential risk.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As this measure is being taken to protect our customers, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Restoration

From Thursday, October 22, we will restore services in stages, starting with those confirmed to be safe.
