    Former Senior Police Officer Vanessa will not arrest you for body alignment issues, but she will bring unique energy and genuine care to supporting you on your holistic wellness journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A third culture kid who spent several years growing up in China, Vanessa is also a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Life Coach who ran her own wellness business, specialising in 1:1 sessions tailored to each client\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Having emerged physically and mentally stronger through her blended journey with sound and movement (Pilates, Aerial Dance, Gym) during her past battles with anxiety, she is especially passionate about mental health and helping her Pilates clients discover what feels best for their bodies and minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      With a strong foundation in physiotherapy and over six years of experience in both acute and community healthcare settings, Farezah brings a deep understanding of the human body to every Pilates session. She is STOTT trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, combining her knowledge and experience with a passion for movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Farezah fell in love with Pilates for how it transformed her \u2014 not just physically, but also in how it deepened her body awareness, strength, and overall well-being. Her teaching style is mindful and intentional, focusing on alignment, control, and building functional strength that supports everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Whether you’re managing an injury, improving posture, or simply looking to feel more connected in your body, Farezah creates a supportive and informed space for you to move and feel your best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Career<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Having been part of her school\u2019s Pilates club during her junior college days, the intensity of Pilates left an impression on Crystal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Years later, as a flight attendant with Singapore Airlines, Crystal took up yoga to cope with her anxiety and insomnia issues. It was then she reconnected back with Pilates, finding solace in the mind-body connection of both practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Inspired by the gravity-defying nature of Pilates and recognising its impact beyond physical health and emotional well-being, Crystal transitioned from journalism to teaching full time post-pregnancy in 2024. Motherhood has cultivated a greater sense empathy and understanding, fostering a supportive environment in all her Pilates and yoga classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Crystal is dedicated to her role as both a teacher and student in this lifelong pursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
