    Career<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    From a young age, Kazumi dreamed of working overseas, which led her to live and work in France and Germany, and later in Russia and India after marriage. During this time, she became more mindful of health and beauty and discovered yoga, experiencing positive changes in both body and mind. She taught group classes in India and Singapore before discovering Pilates. After her very first Pilates session, when her tight hips released and walking felt easier, she was deeply inspired by its gentle yet powerful ability to transform the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Having always loved learning, she continue to be fascinated by the depth of Pilates and its potential to support people of all ages and genders. Under luluto\u2019s physio-based approach, she learn how to tailor exercises to each individual body and strive to create sessions that feel both supportive and uplifting. Amid busy daily life, she would be honored to help you reconnect with your body and move with greater ease and confidence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Corina began her Pilates journey in 2019, discovering the benefits it brought to her both mentally and physically. Inspired by her own experiences, she became an instructor in 2022 to bring the joy of Pilates to more people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Guided by the philosophy that \u201cmovement is medicine\u201d, she aims to equip you with strength that empowers everyday activity. Corina also puts her focus on active aging, to guide those around her to remain healthy and mobile well into their silver years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      She is continuously learning and refining her craft to help clients achieve holistic well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Career<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Being physically active has always been part of Caroline\u2019s lifestyle. Since a young age, she has been exposed to many different kinds of sports. Her interest in a healthy lifestyle led her to pursue a Masters in Dietetics. She was first introduced to yoga while working on her Master\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        After spending almost a decade being a dietitian, Caroline made the decision to leave healthcare behind and became a certified yoga instructor back in 2016. Finding solace in her practice after a busy day or a gruelling work week is what led her to make the change. She has always been passionate about using yoga as a form of therapy, which led to her interest in pilates. She thrives to help her clients improve their quality of life and be the best version of themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
