- Standard tuition fee: SGD 4,200 (including GST)
- A minimum of 2 participants is required for the course to run.
- If this minimum is not met, all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable once made, except:
- If the organizer cancels or reschedules the course, or
- If the minimum enrolment requirement is not met.
- In these cases, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.
- Delivery may be adjusted (e.g., online, rescheduled) in the case of government restrictions, health emergencies, or natural disasters.
- If no alternative is possible, a full refund will be provided.
- To ensure fair access for all prospective students, each individual is entitled to one (1) complimentary consultation session.
- You may reschedule your complimentary consultation once only, provided you notify Phyx in advance. Any subsequent request to reschedule, cancellation after the rescheduled booking, or failure to attend will result in your complimentary consultation being considered utilised, and no replacement consultation slot will be offered.
- Please book a time you are confident you can attend.
- Exceptions may be made at Phyx’s sole discretion in cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
- Participants confirm they are in good health and able to participate safely.
- Those with medical restrictions (cardiac, orthopedic, or physician-imposed) must obtain medical clearance.
- The organizer is not liable if participants join against medical advice.
- Participation is at the individual’s own responsibility.
- The organizer is not liable for injury, accidents, or losses except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence cannot be excluded where unlawful.
- Attendance of all sessions, including the initial four-day intensive, and completion of assignments is required for certification.
- Participants must complete:
- 25 hours of self-practice (with complimentary optional studio access during the designated batch period), and
- 5 hours of class observation.
- All self-practice sessions must be booked through the designated booking calendar.
- Complimentary studio access for self-practice is available only within the official completion period for the participant’s enrolled batch, ending on the final day of the designated exam period.
- Participants are expected to complete their required 25 self-practice hours within this period.
- Any self-practice session booked after the designated exam period will be charged at SGD 15 per session.
- This charge applies including, but not limited to, situations where:
- the participant has not completed the required 25 self-practice hours within the designated batch period,
- the participant chooses to take the exam later than the designated exam period, or
- the participant requires additional preparation time for a re-test.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows: SGD 40 cancellation fee applies.
- Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
- Self-practice is unsupervised and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for the safe use of equipment and may be charged for any damages caused by misuse.
- The organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses arising during self-practice sessions.
- The first exam attempt is included in the course fee.
- Participants are expected to sit for their first exam attempt within the designated exam period for their batch.
- Exam dates are set by the organizer and communicated in advance.
- Participants may request to reschedule only in exceptional circumstances, subject to approval.
- Approval of a rescheduled exam date does not extend complimentary studio access.
- If a participant fails and requires a re-test, a re-test fee of SGD 100 applies per additional attempt.
- If a participant requests to reschedule more than two times, a rescheduling fee of SGD 100 will apply.
- The studio is available for retest self-practice sessions charged at SGD 15 per session.
- Exams and retests must be cleared within six months of the last course date. Beyond that, a new registration with full payment will be required to attend the course again.
- Unapproved absences from scheduled exams will be considered a failed attempt.
- Any form of harassment, illegal substances, or disruptive conduct will result in dismissal without refund.
- All participants will receive printed course materials.
- Pre-study materials are provided online with a 1-month access limit before the course.
- Full course materials are provided with online access valid for 3 months from the course start date.
- Participants must create a Google account to access online resources.
- Recording of sessions (audio, video, or streaming) is strictly prohibited.
- Materials are for personal study only and must not be copied, shared, or commercialized.
- On the first day of training, participants will be asked whether they consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes.
- Consent is voluntary and not mandatory.
- Participants who agree will sign the consent form on that day.
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying the organizer in writing.
- Personal data will be used for administration, certification, and necessary communication.
- Marketing communications require separate consent, which may be withdrawn anytime.
- Completion confirms course requirements were met.
- Certification does not guarantee employment or professional opportunities.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Disputes will first be addressed through discussion. If unresolved, they may be referred to the Small Claims Tribunals.
