Career

Adele began her career in the military, where discipline, resilience, and physical training were part of everyday life. This foundation shaped her structured approach to movement, while also teaching her the importance of balance, recovery, and taking care of the body.

After her time in service, she traded combat boots for grip socks and found her calling in Pilates. Drawn to its focus on control, precision, and strength from within, it became a natural shift from high-intensity training to more intentional, sustainable movement. Outside the studio, she’s an avid runner who values the rhythm and mental clarity that movement brings.

Her classes are calm, focused, and thoughtfully paced. She hopes to help clients build strength, move with greater ease, and feel more at home in their bodies—through controlled, purposeful movement.

Career

She spent the last five years teaching yoga and yoga therapy, working with everyone from busy professionals to clients recovering from strokes and managing Parkinson’s. Whether in group classes or one-on-one sessions, she has always loved helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

Movement has been a lifelong passion of hers, and that passion naturally led her to Pilates. She was drawn to its focus on alignment, core strength, and posture—tools that can make a big difference in everyday life, especially for those dealing with pain or mobility challenges.

She is here to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your quality of life, one session at a time. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to deepen your practice, she is all about creating a welcoming space where your body feels supported and your goals are within reach.
