Career

Sharm’s journey into wellness and taking care of the mind, body and soul really began in 2016
after she returned to Singapore and found herself immersed in the tenets and teachings of yoga
and meditation.

Coming back to a buzzing city, her mind was constantly “busy.” She adopted the practice of a steady mind, calm breath and strong body to find a way to re equilibrate to have more centered and balanced life in the midst of constant change.

In addition to being a Pilates instructor, she’s a certified 200 hrs YTT and 95 hrs RCYT.Sharm loves the transformative power pilates practice as she is a true believer that “positive change happens through movement and movement heals,”.

She hopes to help more people achieve happiness and better quality of life and wellness through the coordination of body, mind and spirit in Pilates.
